Objective:
Work closely with General Manager and Key Account Manager to provide product and solutions that meet
customer specifications.
Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
• Present company's products engineering to support customers in developing new products and manage
quality issues for customer satisfaction
• Manage commercial negotiation related to engineering changes and quality issues with customers
• Support sales activities by identifying from the range of Group portfolio of products and
brands to meet the market needs
• Manage enquiries and adhere to the company’s processes and regulations
• Work with customers for post nomination projects to ensure project launch on-time
• Assist in developing marketing initiatives to promote sales of industrial products
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks that might be assigned from time to time
Education and/or Experience:
• Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Engineering and Quality responsibilities
• Experience in or setting up Automotive and Industry customers
• Previous experience working in a multi-national company will be an advantage
Other Skills and Abilities:
• A confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills within an international
manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and spoken English is a must.
• An independent self-starter who can deliver within tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and to close deals.
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to pressures within a dynamic commercial environment.
• Desire to learn, flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Proficient in the use of standard software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment.
• Possess own vehicle is a must
