【Responsibilities】
- Negotiate contracts with the account to maximize profit while ensuring compliance with the company norms
- Prepare reports on the customer account status
- Track account performance metrics
- Liaise and coordinate with internal (company) teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of goods and services
- Ensure timely resolution of customer grievances
- Act as a conduit of information about company products and services
- Identify ways and means to improve the customer experience
【Requirements】
- Around 15 years’ experience
- Should have experience in the Automotive /GI/paint service industry or any relevant industry
- Should have experience in managing OEM customers
- Should have experience in customer account management
