【Responsibilities】
- A mixed role of new business development and account management
- Build up close relationships with existing customer to increase share and acquire new projects
- Build new sales pipeline constantly
- Understand market trend and competitor situations
- Conduct market survey
- Support and lead BU to develop competitive product roadmap and strategic plan
- Promote products
- Follow sales management system discipline and quality
- Settle down any issues, quality, shipment and payment
- Attend sales, business, project review meetings
【Requirements】
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Good sales skill and at least 10-year experience in electronic components
- Engineering background of electronics and mechanics
- Comprehensive understanding of actuators, motors, solenoids, switches and other products
- Good written and spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
