Key Responsibilities
Business & Operational Leadership
Lead and manage the overall Korean business operation
Drive business performance and operational excellence
Execute corporate strategy and local growth initiatives
Ensure achievement of operational and financial targets
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management
Oversee production, quality, logistics, and planning functions
Improve productivity, efficiency, and operational capability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Financial & Commercial Management
Own P&L performance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities
Monitor business KPIs and profitability
Support sustainable business growth
Organization & Leadership
Develop and inspire local teams
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and engagement
Strengthen organizational capability and leadership bench
Executive Communication
Act as the primary liaison between Korea and Global Headquarters
Present operational and financial performance to leadership teams
Participate in strategic discussions and business reviews
Key Requirement
Manufacturing Leadership Experience
Plant / Site Management Experience
Strong People Leadership Skills
Supply Chain & Operational Understanding
P&L Responsibility with Budgeting & Cost Management Experience
Fluent Korean & Business English
Experience Working With Regional or Global HQ
